FAQ
For Stall Holders

 WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Doors for traders to set-up open at 7am. We ask our stallholders to arrive from 06:45a.m.

DO TREE OF AGES INSURE THEIR STALL-HOLDERS?

Neither Tree Of Ages or the venue Robert Denholm House hold insurance policies that cover our stall-holders in the event of an incident at the fair. To this end, Tree Of Ages strongly recommends that all our stall-holders carry their own public liability insurance.

 DOES THE VENUE HAVE CCTV?

Robert Denholm House has CCTV that records permanently.

HOW DO I BOOK FOR THE NEXT FAIR?

During the course of the fair, Dave & Owain will visit all the stall-holders and invite them to rebook for the next fair date in 2018.

DO TREE OF AGES PROVIDE TABLES AND TABLE CLOTHS?

Depending on the size of your stand, Tree Of Ages will provide the relevant number of tables for your needs. Should you wish to bring supplementary tables, following discussion with Tree Of Ages please provide these yourself. Tree Of Ages will have a small number of spare white table cloths on the day. Please ask if you require to borrow one of these.

DOES THE VENUE PROVIDE ELECTRICITY FOR STALL-HOLDERS?

There is plenty of electricity available at the venue. However, please advise Tree Of Ages at the time of booking that you require electricity.

WHAT TIME DOES THE FAIR CLOSE?

The fair closes for buying @ 15.00. Therefore, we ask all stallholders not to close or pack up prior to this time.

CAN I BECOME A STALL-HOLDER AT THE FAIR?

Tree Of Ages would be interested in talking to fellow dealers about them trading. However, we are currently fully booked. If you submit a form registering your interest we will contact you as soon as there is availability.
